Sherborne is only 4 miles from Dove Retreat. Sherborne Castle is a popular visitor attraction with a super garden centre just inside the entrance. Cafe in the garden centre.

Lots to see, beautiful scenery, steeped in history. They have their own cafe for refreshments. Locally it is known for its annual firework display and Christmas decorations/display.
