Great location and very cozy

We had a nice stay at Hunter’s place. It is the front house with a detached duplex behind it. So nice to have a parking spot in the driveway and not have to fight for street parking in Santa Barbara! It was close to State St and great coffee and food. Busier one way street but the portable A/C units drown out any street noise.

It was a cozy, clean, and a private cottage/unit! Hunter was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed for our stay! The location was perfect and was close to downtown and the beach! Would stay here again!
