Quiet and cozy neighborhood with a very well maintained interior. The view on the back porch was nice as well. The moment you walk in you feel very welcomed.

Beautiful place! A lot of stairs but if that’s not an issue for you then this spot is a great value! The basketball hoop was the highlight for us. Susan was also very responsive. I would certainly stay here again.

Place wasn’t as expected. We had an issue with ants almost in every room. We got in pretty late the first night because of our flight so we picked up a pizza. We set them down on the island and were eating in the kitchen and the island had so many ants on it they started crawling on our boxes. We also kept seeing them in the rooms. I was expecting the place to be a little nicer for the price, but it is older. We also had issues with the heat. When we turned it on it was like a sauna upstairs, but the lower levels still felt freezing. We couldn’t find a happy medium....hoping that was a user error but I’m not sure that it was. If you plan on maxing out the guest amounts i suggest you bring your own towels as we did not have enough and had to go buy some ourselves. I feel like with how high the cleaning fee is the house could have been a little cleaner. There were a lot of random things everywhere, but i understand that the house is being lived in on a daily basis. Overall, again, not what I was expecting.

Susan seems nice, not happy with her waiting until reservation was confirmed to infirm she needed to stay in home. Not cool. I had to cancel and spend damn near 3 hours on the phone with support booking another place. Kudos to airbnb their support is AWESOME! Again, not to knock Susan and i was uber disapointed that i didnt get to play on bball court 😢😭
