We always enjoy Chico. Anthony and Ava’s home was a perfect place to stay while we visited family!

Big enough home to fit a good amount of people. Enough space and in a quiet neighborhood.

Will definitely stay again! Everything was great! I’m an alumni who usually stays at The Diamond Hotel when I come to town but this was less expensive and more space for my boyfriend and I.

I did find the emphasis on keeping noise down after 10pm to be funny because the house next door was blasting music until at least 2am but that is to be expected in downtown Chico on a Saturday night. I imagined it would be like that because I was familiar with the location.

The only (nitpicking here) thing I think could be improved is the towels and shower curtain are in need of a refresh. But everything was clean and usable.

It was a comfortable stay and the coffee was great!
