Designed by Sir Norman Foster, Anfaplace Mall was inaugurated in 2013 and is part of a mixed-use complex located on the Atlantic coast, west of Casablanca. Anfaplace Mall has two floors of commercial space and offers two levels of underground parking, including more than 1,000 parking spaces spread over the 2 levels. In 2014, the investment group Grit Real Estate became the owner of AnfaPlace Mall and decided to launch a major study aimed at repositioning the Mall as a family and lifestyle destination for more visitors. In November 2018, the renovation project was launched. Objective: to offer a unique shopping experience to the Casablancans, to offer an intelligent layout of the foodcourt and to add a touch of modernity to the spaces as well as green elements. The main tenants are Label Vie (Carrefour and Virgin Mega Store), Alshaya (H&M and Starbucks), Alhokair (New Yorker, Terranova, Clarks, US Polo and Monsoon / Accessorize), Marks & Spencer, LC Waikiki, Marwa and Orchestra and
