excellent service, wine pairings, and a kick ass fusion cuisine. The ambiance is probably the most fashionable in the entire town of Watkins Glen.

Graft is a Spanish-influenced tapas and wine bar that does not disappoint. They have a small, seasonal menu that changes regularly but generally has something to please everyone in your party. I recommend getting there earlier as they do not take reservations.
