Great place for mountain biking (beginners to advanced). North side entrance for advanced and intermediates. South side entrance for beginners. Lots of distance and terrain variations. Trails are maintained. It lies adjacent to part of the Rillito River bike path (paved), and is literally minutes away - you could easily ride or walk there. Take plenty of water. Best times are Oct-May or early mornings during summer months.
