There are a few Nookies locations around the city. Most are standard good-food diner restaurants. This newest edition is a bit more upscale, with a fancier menu. We love this place for breakfast.

A Chicago institution - this location serves dinner and grownup beverages, but Nookie's is known for breakfast. Be advised of a potential wait on weekends.

Great Breakfast/Lunch joint within walking distance. American Cuisine Bar as well.

Pretty good American-style food. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner - tons of options. A little pricey but a nice treat.
