Book a taxi/uber. Nice waterfall in the middle of Rio with about 20-30 mins walk. Reccomended early morning as it may get full after lunch. You can walk down to Pacheco Leao street for lunch after the waterfall, some amazing restaurants and bakeries.

Walk from the front door to a beautiful waterfall with stunning views. You can take the short 30 minute walk through the forest to the waterfall, or the 2 hour more challenging trail to the foot of Christ Statue (Corcovado).

You will understand how rio can mix the forest with the city in the same place. A beautiful hike with a small waterfall in the end.
