It is 2-3 minutes’ drive or a 10 minute stroll to The Carpenters Arms public house and restaurant which is in the heart of Coed Y Paen Village - one of the most sought after villages in the area. With a wide range of meals on their menu there is something there to please everyone.

The Carpenters Arms is known for its fine food featuring local beef, lamb, and seasonal game from the West Country. Fresh fish is sourced from day boats in Brixham, delivered six days a week.

I haven't been for a while, but this was a real favourite of myself and Olly - lovely food, cosy atmosphere, it's a little further away, but was worth the travel... Update! We had a brilliant meal in January :-) still a favourite!
