This is a chef-owned pub with an incredible menu and vast selection of craft beers. Small and intimate, so it is a cozy environment.

Cozy pub in Waterbury Village. Great food and Vermont-centric beer list. They're doing a really good job with their indoor dining during COVID. Though not necessary, we'd recommend making a reservation. Pro Tip: Let the waitstaff pair beers with your courses. You won't be disappointed.
