The granddaddy locavore restaurant. Fine dining with a wine list to match. Explore the hallways of art or walk Whiffen Spit before or after dinner. They also lunch on Sundays!

It is the original Canadian-West-Coast locavore fine dining establishment (think Alice Waters and Chez Panisse); food sources are (almost) exclusively local, organic, and/or biodynamic. Salad greens, herbs, and edible flowers are grown just outside the windows. A recent addition is the more casual lunch-brunch-dinner spot, the Copper Room.

This is a really special place...truly fine dining in a beautiful location. The harvest a lot of produce from the gardens on the premises and take great care with everything. This is one of our "special occasion" spots when budget is not so much a factor...worth every penny!

If you enjoy elegant, fine dining, or a meal by the fire with local wines and spirits, you'll find what you need here! The Copper Room is my favourite.

One of Victoria’s finest seafood restaurants, recently voted “Best Vancouver Island Restaurant” by Vancouver magazine, it’s an experience of pleasantly satisfying surprises. The menu changes daily.
