Gold Rock Beach Lucayan National Park is stunning with caves and trails. Its a long drive so rent a car or hire a cab and be sure to schedule your return ride back!

Our favourite beach on Grand Bahama island. To get here you have to park across the street and take the short boardwalk trail through the mangrove. You wouldn't know it by looking at it today but Gold Rock beach was struck hard during Hurricane Dorian in 2019. It's still in recovery but we challenge you to find a more pristine beach. While there consider making a donation to The Bahamas National Trust, they're helping to keep nature's treasures safe.

Located in the Lucayan National Park, Gold Rock Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas. A winding board walk through local vegetation and water opens up onto Gold Rock Beach.
