If you want to keep it moving while you're visiting, the Y offers a pool as well as a classic gym with classes, weights and cardio machines. They offer day and week passes. (718) 625-313

Awesome health club and workout facility. You would think that you were in a private health club.

Use my guest passes and go to the YMCA. It has a full basketball court and a pool. You can work out for free.
