Trendy hotel bar (Kevin Bacon) with great cocktail menu (try the one with ginger beer) and since April the 1st; Thai food on the menu! Try the fishcakes and Penang curry chicken njom njom.

Hotel Not Hotel is a place in the centre of Amsterdam where a room isn’t just a room, but a work of art with its own creator, story, and identity. Most of them designed and specially made by artists.
