It's a butcher shop that has a food truck attached to it with outdoor seating (pet friendly). Definitely go here. It's such a hidden gem in KC. Their meats are very well priced and absolutely delicious. The guy running the food truck can cook something fierce.

This meaty eatery run by the adjacent Local Pig butcher shop is a local favorite. A hearty sandwich plus chips and soda will run you less than 10 bucks.
