A great morning or afternoon out in a lovely peaceful setting, sometimes with the possibility of jumping in the sturgeon pond and catching one! Degustations with "Decouverte" starting from around 19€ per person with little toasties of caviar butter/sturgeon rillettes and a glass of sparkly wine. For the more adventurous there are the "Initiation" (includes a visite to the Domaine), the "Master Class" which includes a glass of Vodka and the "Univers culinaire du caviar" which includes a meal based on caviar at the Chateau de Neuvic.
