Hermitage is an iconic vegetarian restaurant (the only one in old town). It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this buffet style lunch and dinner place have some serious GREAT vego/vegan food, and its organic!! I love this "all you can eat" place!

Vegetarian cuisine hot & cold, buffet-style. Veggie lasagna, hummus, lentil soup, sallads, etc. Open till 8, closed sundays. No alcoholic bevs Take-out for 1 person is 110€ and easily sustains 2! ;)
