This traditional tavern in Corfu town offers Corfiot recipes and is a great place to try a pita gyro. Be sure to ask for the Sofrito sauce, a garlic sauce for a local dish with meat, in your pita gyro.

Try this place if you want to taste true traditional Corfiot pita with giros (pronounced yiros). Did you know that Corfu is probably the only place in Greece where we like to add our local special red sauce to our yiros wraps?
