“Volta is one of the few restaurants of the district that caters to a quite young and modern crowd. It’s located in a pavillion on the side of Brunnenstraße in a quite urban looking neighborhood. But don’t be fooled by the surroundings, once you’ve reached the beer garden or the inside of the restaurant you will feel comfortable. They offer a variety of clever and tasty small dishes, a few big dishes and one amazing dessert that you have to try no matter what. There are some cool vegetarian options as well. What the place is most famous for is the beer from a local micro brewery in the district. A lot of people actually come here only for that. You might need reservations as it’s quite popula”

“Bike shop where you can rent different types of bicycles. The staff is very helpful and the bikes are well maintained. They also allow you to reserve bikes for specific days. Open Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 19:00. On Saturdays they are open from 9:00 to 17:00. NOTE: There are a lot of places in Berlin where you can rent bikes but we advise you to avoid places with very cheap rates, as they might rent you a bike that looks decent but is in fact, in poor working condition, which is not advisable for your safety on the road.”
