If you are interested in trying something exotic, try Ethiopian food. I recommend Café Romanat as the best Ethiopian food in the Bay Area.

The best Ethiopian in the East Bay. Our favorite date night is dinner at Romanat followed by a movie at the Grand Lake. Throw in a stroll around the lake if you like romance, but NOT after dark.
