This is a wonderful trail to see alligators and birds. The trail is almost 13 miles long but you can just walk the first part towards the lake too. It is possible to do this trail on bikes.

This alligator infested swamp hike is an adventure! If you want to see a real Florida swamp start your day early and bring lunch on this 12 mile loop on a former logging road. (Not for the weak or faint of heart.)
