Formerly the old bank on Fore Street in Salcombe, the centrally located “Sailor V” has something of a speakeasy vibe, alcohol and all. Situated at the top of the steps by the East Portlemouth Ferry, famed for their smoothies and shakes and do a mean hotdog as well.
