Cafe U is my most favourite restaurant in the area, which has just moved to Bakhundole (map is not correct!) about 15 Min. walking distance away. It has the most amazing Japanese home-cooked style food and menu, lovely service and space...try the Agedashi Tofu Set and Plumb Soda!

Marvelous Japanese bento style food served with an inimitable Japanese grace, as well as warm, friendly staff. Favorites are the Okinawan Set, the Chicken Tetsuata, The Tempura and Crumbed Ebi, the Croquettes, the Chilli Chicken, the cold tofu, the plum soda, the cinnamon iced tea and the hot chocolate (with a side of ice cream).

It is a cozy Japanese restaurant with great price and warm staff. It is very quiet here and it is low-key....a great escape from the city's busyness. I always go for a set. They do different side dishes everyday and it is often lovely.
