20 min drive to a beautiful beach. Great for families or couples. The beach is large enough you have privacy if you want - or the kids can run back and forth to the water, play in the waves &build sandcastles. There is a beach centre - public washrooms and change rooms all beachside. You can wash the sand off before getting back into your vehicle.

Take the boardwalk from next to the elementary school at the bottom of Howe Street(our street.) They have free wifi, showers(when available), bathrooms, tourist information and this is a spot to learn more about the local history. Go upstairs and get a better view of the beach.
