Food truck owner, Eric, was actually an Airbnb guest in the Garden Room while they were house hunting when moving from AZ. His southwest inspired creations like the street artisan tacos and cemitas are some of the best in town. Paella from a food cart? In this case, yes. Heck yes. His Paella of the Week (POW) features rotating fresh and local produce like mussels from the region and organic/grassfed/heritage/local/etc meats from the best producers in town. He drummed up lots of popularity in AZ with his pop-up dinners but Portland gets to enjoy his talents now. He's also been on Food Network a couple of time. Stop by, grab a meal and beer, and tell Eric you're staying in his old room.
