This is not as well known as Kerry Park, however, you'll get some great ocean views with much less crowds!

When you visit Kerry Park, don't forget to walk down to the often overlooked Betty Bowen viewpoint. On a clear day you will get a wonderful view of the Olympic peninsula. I also recommend walking along the raised walkway on 8th ave. In fact, there is an unofficial trail called the Queen Anne Crown Loop that takes you to all the best viewpoints on Queen Anne.

This viewpoint is the absolute best in the city. From it, you can see both south to the city and west to the Olympics. On a clear evening in summer, it is the most gorgeous view out there.
