Scovill Zoo is a family favorite. I remember going often as a kid myself. The zoo has a variety of animals, including a reptile house. Grab a snow cone and ride the train to better see the sights. There's also a huge outdoor playground and flower gardens.

Great walkable zoo. Lots to see and do. It sits adjacent to the Children’s Museum and connects by a train ride that travels, in part, over the lake. The Scovill sculpture park is spread over the museum grounds.

This is a nice zoo for small children. Catch the train, pet the farm animals and visit the penguins. Located right next to the Children's Museum where kids will have a great time. Make a day of it.
