Beautiful must see park its really a hidden gem here in Glendive, great trails and so many amazing views! Many come here to look at dinosaurs fossils as well very historic and scenic place.

There are different levels of difficulty for hiking. You can also drive to some great views. Stop in the Makoshika Welcome Center and talk to the park Rangers and walk through and see the Welcome Center displays.

Makoshika State Park, only 25 miles west of Wibaux on I-94, is part of Montana's Dinosaur Trail. Makoshika is a terrific educational park.
