Small park behind Lucas Oil, it's very close and has swings, a playground and picnic shelter.

Hidden away among parking lots for the stadium sits this quiet little Indy city park. Less inviting than Kelly Park, but still has decent playground equipment, nice picnic shelter, and some hoops. Usually very quiet.
