The hilton and the streets nearby are where the action is. Many bars and massage parlours around, in narrow streets, open until late.

The Hilton is more or less at the heart of central Hua Hin, all the small side streets around there are packed with bars, clubs, even a muay thai ring. During the day there is some pretty good shopping at foreign language bookstores, souvenir vendors along the way to the municipal beach, and grilled squid and other street food. Day or night, pretty much any service you need in Hua Hin will be available somewhere in this area. You will not find a lot of go-go bars in Hua Hin, since it is traditionally one of the king's favorite places to visit, and out of respect for him, the city has a law against them.
