Old Mill Park is a waterfront park located on Shawnigan Lake. The Park has an extensive industrial history and is a popular recreation place for families and nature enthusiasts.

Right down at our street. Nice little quiet beach on walking distance in Old Mill Park where the old wood mill used to be.

Good spot to hit the lake. Lots of shade. Small playground for young kids!

A wonderful trail that leads to a wooden structure playground and beach (best in the afternoon and evening) there a few trails and loops for an easy walk, soon to be extended and able to walk all the way to Shawnigan community wharf area. Dogs are only in the winter unlike the stock photos shown

A quiet local park with one of the best beaches, popular with locals. There is also a small private lookout set on the lake, with benches, which is great for privacy and a place to relax. A fun way to get there is to walk along the old E&N rail line next to the lake, about 3/4 hour walk from the B&B.
