THE NATIONAL MUSEUM (Tjóðsavnið) Among the cultural treasures in the exhibition, you will find the original Faroese rowing boat, the legendary 15th century ’Kirkjubøur’ benches, a variety of national costumes and interesting findings from the Viking era.
