"Sahli" in Georgian means "house". In our restaurant we try to maintain a homely and relaxed atmosphere, so that visitors feel invited guests. In the interior of the restaurant you can find both modern objects and products of the traditional Georgian household. Also our menu combines dishes of classical Georgian cuisine in the best performance with modern variations, such as our popular satsivi with cancers. ‘Sakhli’ is a Georgian word that means ‘home’ and that is the key to understanding the atmosphere. The interior comprises both classic and contemporary pieces of Georgian household. Same concept applies to the menu where one can find best-served classical Georgian dishes, as well as modern compilations, such as our signature crayfish satsivi.
