About 1/12 hrs east is a wonderful hot springs to soak in the Borrego Desert. three pools of warm water with plenty of hiking trails! Closed from may until September...Ck for times and hours...

Agua Caliente is a casino. They have a couple cool restaurants. They also host musical performers and top notch comedians. Ie: Daniel Tosh and Bill Burr
