Howley's has been around a LONG time and is a favorite of locals and visitors. It's a diner with a full bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all day/all night. This is a great place to chow down after a night out - they stay open late. There will most probably be a wait if you try to go on a Sunday for breakfast or brunch. Great food!
