The detached guesthouse is on the ground floor with open plan bedroom, lounge, kitchen, fridge/freezer, microwave, one burner hotplate, Breville benchtop smart oven air fryer (not full oven) and air conditioned with a ceiling fan. A queen size bed fitted with quality linen and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, toilet, hand basin, towels and washing machine. There is a secluded undercover area with outdoor table, gas bbq, sun lounges.
