We are located on a quiet, private drive just 5 minutes from downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. This is a cozy downstairs apartment with a beautiful window in the living room/hang out area to look out and enjoy the view. There is also a desk workspace for any traveling workers! We are close to local eateries, breweries, shopping and adventure! We are also just a short drive to all three ski resorts as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are a family of two plus our friendly dog!

Enjoy high country living! Your private ground level retreat in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Conveniently located 5min from Boone Golf and 10 min from downtown Boone. Easy access to ASU, Tweetsie,Appalachian Ski Mtn,Blowing Rock, and so much more. There is an ample backyard with a deck covered patio(not rain proof) and nice picnic table seating with a gas BBQ. Indoors: gas FP, infrared sauna, and entertainment center featuring a 55” Roku tv with surround sound,Wi-Fi(you tube tv,Netflix,Prime)

Need a short stay near Boone, NC? We’re only a 5 min drive to King Street, making our location close to town but not in it, so the traffic into town is pretty light. The room is simple, clean and spacious, with lots of natural sunlight coming through in the morning. There is a Dollar General and a gas station just across the street.
