The Laundry barn is a recently converted Grade II listed building, dating back to the 1800’s it was originally built to do the laundry for the village estate. It has been converted to the highest standard and while retaining many of the original features that make the building so unique it now boasts all the comforts of modern living such as underfloor heating, wifi, wood burner and hot tub.
Set in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside, providing easy access to all the area has to offer.

Hobbit house in country valley
The hobbit house stands in a rural valley. The hut is cosy but packed with everything you need. It has a double bed made up with good quality bedding, a camper van kitchen and log burner inside. There is ample outside space to enjoy a bbq or sit by the fire pit. The composting toilet and shower are a short walk from the hobbit house and are shared by guests in our tipi if it is booked towels are provided. Logs and lighting materials are included for you to light the log burner and fire pit

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool.
Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.
