The ranch is on the mesa, above the river valley. Our neighborhood is pleasant,safe,quiet,with 2 min. access to HWY 550, a 20-30 minute drive to Durango. Rural countryside, but not wilderness. Not suitable for guests who prefer to be within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Pet free/Smoke free.
