If you want to be close to the beach and JBays famous surfing spots then this 45 sqm ground floor cottage is the perfect escape.
The cottage is situated at the rear of the propery, separate entrance. It has a large bedroom with a small ensuite bathroom (shower), kitchenette, lounge and private outdoor space with a fire pit / braai area.
It is a mere 50m walk to the beach and close to the Green Garden coffee shop at Lower Point.
Parking space provided.
Pets are allowed (2 dogs max).

Lower Point Surf Studio
Modern and comfortable! 2 min walk from Lower Point and close to World Class Surfing Beaches! Private Entertainment Veranda with Day Bed and Barbecue. The Rooftop Look out is communal space for both studios. Full dstv and Free WIFI! Most guests are disappointed they only booked 2 nights as J Bay has too much to offer for only 1 full day and 2 nights. We recommend at least 3 nights.
