Located in the quiet village of Cléré-sur-Layon in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon wine growing region and surrounded by wine producers. This attractively restored holiday cottage retains many original features such as beams and stone fireplace.
The village is situated within a network of small roads and lanes, which are ideal for a leisurely cycle or walk through the vines. Fishing is available in the River Layon (permit available locally).
