It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. The Lemon Tour consists of the visit to our farm with practical examples of growing, harvesting and it’s also possible to see our workers in action in the gardens. Then there will be a break in our outdoor place among the lemons where you can taste lemon cake, fresh lemonade and limoncello. After there will be a visit to the family’s Museum of Arts and Crafts, and to the factory where you can see how to make limoncello. In the factory it’s possible to buy our limoncello, products and fresh lemons with the possibility of sending them. Our farm is certified organic and produces the Amalfi Coast Lemons PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), and our Tour is aimed at an audience that understands and appreciates the educational and emotional trip. Hi everyone! This is an authentic local experience that will stay in your memories forever. You will be welcomed in the family farmhouse and after introducing ourselves over a coffee or a good glass of organic wine produced in our cellar, we will start a fun cooking class. We will start the lesson preparing the dessert: the traditional Tiramisù of the Amalfi Coast. We will then prepare the fresh pasta and have fun kneading it with our hands: tagliatelle and ravioli. Afterwards we will cook the food prepared during the course all together and enjoy it at the table with a good glass of wine. Path of the Gods is an amazing hike from Agerola (Amalfi) to Nocelle (Positano), cause you can see all the Amalfi Coast, Salerno's gulf, Cilento and Capri. The tour ends in Nocelle (Positano), than you can decide either to get 1800 steps down to Positano, or the bus to Positano. 4 Ds of the Gods' path: Difficulty: E (Hiker-MODERATE), Duration: 3 hours , Dislivell: 250 meters and Distance: 7 kms ( 5 miles). So you need to be MODERATE FIT and wear good grip shoes. During the summer you can bring a swimming suit, cause in Positano there is a fantastic beach called Fornillo. Laviamoci le mani e cominciamo il nostro "Percorso Gastronomico" con la preparazione e lo staglio in frigorifero degli impasti per i Ravioli e gli Scialatielli. Seguirà il taglio e la preparazione del sugo allo "Scarpariello" con il tipico pomodorino Piennolo che donerà quel tocco di unicità al piatto! Ci sposteremo subito in cucina ad emulsionare gli ingredienti essenziali per il tipico gelato al Limone di Amalfi e riporlo nel freezer. I nostri impasti sono rilassati e pronti per realizzare con le nostre mani i principali protagonisti di questo Cooking Class: i Ravioli....

You will never see the Amalfi Coast like this! You will discover the Amalfi Coast’s hidden delights and breathtaking views safely from the seat of your sea kayak, thanks to the comprehensive experience and knowledge of local guides and instructors from the Italian Canoe and Kayak Federation. The route will take us along Amalfi’s finest beaches as well as close to natural rock arches and into sea caves, giving us the opportunity to admire the old watch towers that dot the entire length of this coast. We will pause at beaches reachable only by sea and have time to go snorkeling or swimming in crystal-clear waters. Please note: all the participants will be given double kayaks which are very stable and easy to manage. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello.
