Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (if the the sea conditions or other events permit). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours. Our experience will start from Sorrento Port, make yourself confortable with a fresh drink, we are ready!!! Crossing the Sorrento gulf you ll see the ''Regina Giovanna'', an ancient roman s house built on the rock, the ''Saraceno''tower, the little village of Sammontano, the Lobra s marine untill the ''Campanella'' cape, the last piece of Sorrento coast... at this point we ll be arrived on the other side, the Amalfi coast.... sailing with the sun on front we ll reach the '' Li Galli '' islands, a magical hotspot in the middle of the sea,the perfect place for a fresh swim. After this stop, i ll take you to the city of Amalfi, you ll have one hour and half to visit this ancient ''Maritime Republic'' and its baroque cathedral. On the way back we ll coast until Positano city, you ll admire breathtaking landscapes, the ''Furore'' fjord, Praiano. You ll have an other one hour and half of free time to walk among the narrow streets of Positano and the beach of ''Fornillo''. We ll cross Nerano untill the ''Mortelle'' beach to snorkeling in cristalline water... coming back to Sorrento with a red sunset you ll fall in love of my coast... jump on board !!! Our journey will starts with a walking in which we will discover the village, its farmers and food tradition. We will also collect ingredients useful in our cooking. So, after reached our kitchen, we will prepare our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes using the best of food production of the region. Many of this products belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from some local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, colorful salads, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the prepared 4 courses learning how to pair it with 3 different wines and homemade liquors. We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. Since three generations, my family owns the only Limoncello liqueur factory in the heart of Amalfi. In the first part of the experience, I will explain and show you how to make the real Limoncello and other Amalfi coast liqueurs available in different periods of the year. You will also taste other specialities such as the babà cake with limoncello or lemon cream and dark chocolate limoncello pralines. You will know the important difference between an industrial limoncello liqueur and a fresh homemade one! As you embark on your journey, you'll be greeted by the warm Mediterranean breeze and the dazzling azure waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Around 6 PM we’ll leave from the picturesque town of Positano, known for its colorful cliffside houses and charming streets, you'll board a comfortable boat that will take you on an enchanting voyage. The boat glides along the coastline, providing stunning panoramic views of the rugged cliffs, hidden coves, and charming seaside villages that adorn the Amalfi Coast. As the sun begins its descent, casting a golden glow over the landscape, the boat cruises towards Furore, where the sea meets the land in a narrow gorge. The captain may position the boat strategically to offer the best views, ensuring you have an unobstructed vista of the sun sinking into the sea. During the sunset boat tour, you can sip on a glass of chilled Prosecco or enjoy some local delicacies, adding a touch of luxury and indulgence to your journey. As the sun bids farewell to the horizon, the boat will slowly make its way back to Positano, with the evening sky turning into a tapestry of stars. The route to Positano and back will take us along Amalfi’s finest beaches as well as close to natural rock arches and into sea caves, giving us the opportunity to admire the old watch towers that dot the entire length of this coast. We will meet you in Positano main dock at 9:30 am. We start to sail and admiring the coast like Li Galli Inslet, where Ulisse passed. The sea is amazing,we stop at tordigliano and in Marina del Cantone where at first light of the morning the water is really clear and you can swim, snorkel and relax. l want to show you Crapolla cove, my hometown it is a special place that was a fischermen village. Just outside the bay we stop for a refresh overlooking the De Filippo private island, continuing to sail we show you the Birdcave. We will sail around Capri admiring the white, red and green grotto, hearth grotto, natural arch,the ancient port of Capri, the famous Faraglioni. Telling you all the fan fucts. We stop to swim and enjoy our tipical Panzanella, tasting with Prosecco.We stop at restaurat in Capri where you can tast Mediterran disces, than you have 3hrs to vist the island(you can also disembark in the port sharing the fee). We will sail out Positano and along the west side coast of Positano. We will pass "La Porta", Arienzo, San Pietro hotel, Il Tritone, Laurito, Praiano, La Praia beach and the enchanting lover's bridge of Furore. You can take some spectacular pictures along th coast with the enchanting colours of the sunset in background of this pictouresque villages.
