The Barn is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance and outside seating area which is not overlooked by the main house. Only 25 minutes from central Oxford but a rare slice of rural life, with horses, cattle and chickens as your neighbours. Fabulous local walks in the Chilterns and excellent local pubs.
This is adjacent to an occupied family house. It is properly rural and best suited to those with a car.

The Old Smithy is a great place to get away from it all but it is only 40 miles from London and 12 miles from Oxford. It is located on a working farm and used to be where the farm horses were shod. The Old Smithy was converted a few years ago and has a big living space on the ground floor with a double bedrooom and a bathroom. Go up the stairs onto the mezzanine floor and their are 2 single beds and a workspace with a table to work at.
