Kukupa Cottage
Kukupa cottage is a new build, on the top of a hill overlooking Kowharewa bay. It is on a piece of lovely land that has another house next door but is also very private. It is lovely and warm with everything you need for a winter getaway. When the sun is shining it gets all day sun that needs to be blocked out with us blinds so you can still see the lovely view, but there are blackout blinds also along the front which you may need some of the time. There is a lovely wooden deck at the front also

Elevated 100m above sea level with a spectacular view of the estuary, Ngunguru sandspit and beyond to the pacific ocean. Our character studio is wrapped in rustic cedar cladding with a modern colorsteel front. It offers open-plan living and is situated in Ngunguru (a fabulous holiday destination in a beautiful seaside village). Only a short walk to Whale Tail Park, the estuary (for boating, kayaking and swimming) and short 6 minute drive to the Tutukaka Marina (for restaurants, bars and shops).
