Nestled in the middle of an adorable community of stone cottages, this historic structure built in 1938 was the first home John Mattys built in this neighborhood. He went on to build all the houses on Mattys (named after himself) and Oceanas Avenues (named for the sisters that commissioned and lived in this duplex). Cozy, private studio above our garage in Ellwood City's Ewing Park area. Studio is furnished with full bed, pull out futon, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.
