The private entrance is accessible by the outside staircase next to the driveway. The home is located in a friendly, and safe neighborhood in Fountain, CO. Grocery store is 1 mile away, and most attractions are within 30 min/car.

Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and just 3 minutes from I-25, the gateway to the Rockies. Hike Cheyenne Canyon, Helen Hunt Falls, or Garden of the Gods. Our property is located right in the middle of almost everything you want to see when you come to Colorado Springs. Besides a beautiful view of Cheyenne Mountain with Pikes Peak visible in the distance, you’ll be a stone’s throw from The Broadmoor World Arena, Fort Carson, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, The Olympic Training Center, and the Air Force Academy. You’ll want for nothing as there is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a shower and bathtub, as well as ample room for your family.

Cozy Solar Cottage on the West Side

My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. There is access to nearby urban trails. A comfy queen bed awaits! Coffee shop and breakfast are within walking distance. I'm sorry, but the space can't accommodate children under 5.

This home is beautiful, clean, and has all that a family needs to make the most of their stay here in Colorado Springs. A home away from home in which to relax and enjoy making future memories. THERE ARE SHARED WALLS, but there are no shared spaces. You will have a private entrance, and private access to the large back patio. The host's live in an attatched "apartment" and are easily accessible for any needs or concerns.
