You’ll love my place because of spacious and well equipped accommodation, relaxed "home away from home" comfortable ambiance, lovely cottage garden, good value for money, heating, air conditioning, wood fire, full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer, large lock up garage excellent for mountain bikes, child and pet friendly accommodation. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Very clean, cosy, quiet and Central
We have a lovely newly renovated private room with ensuite, a separate lounge and cooking area on the ground floor of our house. There is also another toilet off the lounge area, and a laundry we share. Outside the laundry there is an outdoor setting and a bbq for you to use (and an ashtray).
We are a central location to all shops supermarkets and cafes. It's only a 30 min drive to Derby's famous bike trails and to Barnbougle golf links.
