Únete a mí y vamos a recorrer una cueva y 7 playas muy hermosas que tenemos en Las Galeras de Samaná. Primero descubriremos una cueva antigua llamada "Cueva de Duarte". Vamos a observar las estalagmitas y estalactitas que se encuentran en ella, una cueva con 4 salas magníficas. Enteremos por un lado y saldremos por otro punto donde se podrá disfrutar de una maravillosa vista de la costa desde arriba. Mientras disfrutamos de esa linda vista se le hará un breve histórico de nuestros ancestros taínos. Ahí empieza el recorrido: 7 playas vírgenes con sus plantas y palmeras superverdes que están a su alrededor. Mientras caminamos en el sendero verde y con vista hacia al mar observando su color turquesa, vamos a disfrutar de las diferentes experiencias que cada playa ofrece. También se le agregará fotos especiales de esa experiencia, en puntos estratégicos que solo yo conozco. También disfrutaremos de un rico almuerzo típico dominicano, la famosa "bandera dominicana". Todo eso rodeado del hermoso paisaje de una de las 7 playas. Al finalizar el recorrido viviremos otra experiencia regresando en bote por 20 minutos hasta otra playa llamada "la Playita". We invite you to the hidden paradise. A completely virgin beach in the middle of the jungle called Playa Ermitano. White sand, turquoise ocean, fishes, coconut and almond trees everywhere. A perfect place to disconnect and snorkel, far from the mass tourism and crowded beaches. There is not even one chiringuito (bar) on the beach, no sunbeds, only pure nature and fresh coconuts. The only way to get to this paradisiacal place is by a 15 min boat drive from El Valle. The journey is an adventure itself as we will pass by incredible cliffs and wild jungle. After Playa Ermitano we will also show you two more hidden beaches that are truly breathtaking. We will get there by a 10 min jungle hike. Aquí podrán hacer snorkeling en sus aguas cristalinas o relajarse a la sombra de sus palmeras de coco. Luego visitaremos Playa Madama y su cueva. Aquí podrán bañarse en sus aguas cristalinas. Estarán acompañados durante el tour de nuestro capitán del barco. Si no hay otras reservas y son solo dos personas en el barco, el tour tiene un suplemento de 1000 pesos en efectivo a pagar en loco. Si desean incluir comida en el tour, podemos organizarla por un suplemento a pagar en efectivo en loco.

Do you want to help us to improve the lives of the Families of El Limón? The profit is for the families and to improve children's education. This is a social project with the NGO Projects for Children. El Salto del Limon is a waterfall in the middle of a valley in the province of Samaná (Dominican Republic). The Walk lasts around 2h (1h one way + 30min return + 30min relax). you will walk along a hike beginner level path, explaining the local tree species (pineapple, coconut, cocoa, almonds) and seeing and tasting its fruits. You can swim in the two waterfalls and take pictures. On the way back, you will be able to eat typical food (rice with chicken, beans and salad) with a family from the community and learn how these powerful women live from their natural environment. El día empieza a las 9:00 cuando nos encontraremos al muelle de Samaná y nos subiremos al catamarán. Aquí podrán disfrutar de un cómodo y divertido viaje en catamaran con refrigerio NO alcoolico incluido (agua, coca cola y sprite) acompañados de nuestro staff que habla varios idiomas. Después de 45 minutos de navegación llegaremos al Parque Nacional Los Haitises, donde visitaremos sus místicas cuevas tainas donde todavía se pueden encontrar pintogramas antiguos. En Los Haitises se pueden observar tres diferentes tipos de manglares (blanco, negro y rojo). Después de la visita a una pequeña playa, empezaremos el recorrido hacia el Cayo Levantado pasando por la Isla de Las Aves, donde podrán observar diferentes tipos de aves. Después de 45 minutos de navegación en catamaran llegaremos al maravilloso Cayo Levantado. Aquí disfrutaremos de un rico almuerzo con pescado, pollo, ensalada, pasta, arroz, tostones, fruta y bebidas. Y después de almuerzo? Un buen baño o una rica siesta en la paradisíaca playa del Cayo Levantado. Alrededor de la 16 de la tarde volveremos al muelle de Samaná para desembarcar de nuestro catamarán después de un día lleno de aventuras y recuerdos maravillosos. El catamarán tiene asientos para grupo de 35-60. La bebida del almuerzo es una bebida no alcoolica ( agua o coca cola). El catamarán que usamos tiene espacio para un grupo de 35-60 personas.

Se recomienda calzado cómodo y deportivo, se cruzaran ríos y zonas con barro La excursión incluye comida criolla Dominicana y una bebida a elegir entre agua o refresco, que se hará al finalizar la excursión en uno de los restaurantes de la zona para coronar el día, o bien antes de salir si la excursión se hiciera por la tarde. La ruta tiene una dificultad baja-media y la excursión dura aproximadamente 2:30h con 30min para descansar.

Get to know the inside of an authentic Dominican neighborhood along with its music, it’s food and most importantly it’s people. This will include a guided tour telling the history of the places we will visit in English or Spanish, one ride in our cable car and metro system, access to a typical Dominican house, access to our natural pools and time for bath, boat ride which will take us to see the castle where Christopher Columbus’s son lived and three of his generation. We will also go underneath four of the most important bridges in Santo Domingo (note: the boat ride it’s for groups of 4 people and above) and one typical Dominican meal. After the product presentation, we will prepare a 7 or 8 course tasting menu (depends on ingredients available) for you which you will enjoy on the terrace of our Atilier. Chef Luis creates each dish around the Dominican culture. Each ingredient is fresh and straight from our local sources or prepared in house as part of our artesenal ingredient production giving this meal a healthy and homemade farm to table feel. Watch the sunrise or sunset in El Limon Waterfall and feel the soul of old Tainos. We'll walk 1.5-mile(2,5 km) among palm trees crossing a small river. We will stop at the top of the mountain to enjoy el Limon Waterfall getting to know the rural Dominican culture, enjoying the different sounds of the waterfall and drinking a delicious organic coffee in front of a bonfire. Sunrise Hike (6:30am) Your guide will be Cesar. You will walk early in the morning before the sunrise with the sounds of the wild nature and we will arrive to have breakfast Sunset Hike (4:30pm) You will walk in the evening before the sunset and have dinner with the family of Cesar If you come on full moon, the experience will be EVEN MORE AMAZING! We will meet you in the little village of El Valle, and bring you directly to a secret waterfall called El Cataño. It is a beautiful hike to the waterfall and during the walk Alejavier will tell you everything about the trees, local fruits and the history of the old village. Once we arrive to the waterfall we invite you for a meditation session and than you can jump into the spectacular natural pool of the waterfall. Later on we continue our tour to Federico who has a spectecular cacao farm with loads of cacao beans and coffee beans. Federico will show you how he makes the best cacao you ever tasted! First you can try the roasted beans than enjoy a mug of warm cacao with real & intense flavours. Coffee lovers don't worry! We can prepare you a delicious coffee from his coffee beans. As a bonus treat we will try his famous pan the coco! The coconut bread, which is my favourite thing in the Dominican Republic. If you fall in love with it as well you can buy a whole bread for takeaway ;) After this lovely local experience we will bring you to the best spot of the impressive beach of Playa el Valle with a little river, where you can enjoy the rest of your day.
